• Day is per calendar day not a 24 hour day.
• $35.00 administration fee applies to all bookings. A $25.00 discount applies to payment in full at time of booking or a $250.00 deposit is required with balance of payment due on collection of van.
• $20.00 gas surcharge applies to all bookings. (All gas bottles supplied full, no need to refill them on return)
• All Mastercard and Visa Card transactions incur a 2% fee. All AMEX transactions incur a 4% fee
• Collection Hours 8.00am to 5.00pm . Return Hours 8.00am to 4.00pm (see terms for full details)
• Minimum hire is 5 days 16th January to 14th December and 10 days 15th December to 15th January.

Peak Season : December, January, February
Shoulder Season : March, April, September, October, November
Off Peak season : May, June, July, August

All rates include basic insurance with an insurance excess of $2500.00. Insurance reductions are available (see terms – insurance for details)
