Yes we do get snow in the winter and early spring, but not in all areas of Tasmania.

Tasmania , in our opinion is the best state of Australia where compared with other states the pace is laid back and relaxed. The locals are friendly and are only to willing to chat about what our beautiful state has to offer. Tasmania has 4 seasons, sometimes in one day. Summer months, average daytime temp is a balmy 25 with overnights 10 on average. The winter months, daytime temp 15 with overnights 6 on average (just need extra blankets)

Difficult question. You need to be prepared for all types of weather all the time. Temperatures vary from in the minus's in the winter to early 30's in summer. Our weather can be very unpredictable at all times.
